A veteran of the earliest battles of the Terran Wars of Unification, Marduk has served the Emperor in battle for more than two-and-a-half centuries, longer than almost any other living Space Marine. He has seen battle on worlds without number, fighting alongside heroes, Primarchs, and the Emperor himself. Indeed, there are few foes or battlefields that Marduk has not beheld and mastered, and the tales he tells of long-forgotten campaigns and fallen empires serve to inspire and educate both newly recruited warriors and veterans of the Legion alike.
